At Amy’s Manor we are passionate about great food! Using regional growers and our own gardens, we pride ourselves on creating recipes and menus that highlight a fresh combination of abundant herbs and organic foods.

Tray passed Hors D’oeuvres

Skewered Shrimp marinated in Olive oil, Lemon and a touch of Cayenne.
Grilled over a hot fire and served with a chopped tomato salsa,
basil and garlic

Free Range Chicken Tenderloins marinated in Chipotle chile sauce,
fire grilled and served with a Gorgonzola Dipping Sauce

Moroccan spiced Salmon Skewers served with a Tropical Fruit Salsa

Gulf Shrimp tossed with Lemon, Fennel, Red Onion and Fresh Dill.
Prepared into a little salad that is nestled in the leaf of the
Artichoke and topped with crumbled Feta cheese

Flank Steak grilled medium rare, sliced and wrapped around Sweet
Colored Bells and Scallions, skewered into bundles and served
with a Sesame seed-Soy-Ginger Sauce

Fresh Fruit and Shrimp Kabobs
Honeydew, Cantaloupe, Watermelon marinated with fresh mint
and Gulf Shrimp seasoned with a touch of cayenne chile

If pictures will be taken after the ceremony or a cocktail hour will follow,
consider having crostini passed to your guests by our servers.

olive oil brushed, toasted baguette rounds.

The Buffet price includes:

  • Tablecloths and tableskirting
  • High quality, disposable plates, flatware and napkins
  • Whole fruit display (a tiered pedestal filled with fresh, whole fruits of the season)

The minimum price per person for the reception buffet is $22.50 per person. For catering at the Manor, a 15% charge to cover wages for the serving staff is added to the food and non-alcoholic beverage total. Sales tax is added to the total of all services.

For off premises catering (events not held at the Manor) a 20% charge is added to the food and non-alcoholic beverage total to cover travel time and wages for the serving staff.


CAKE, CUPCAKE and COFFEE SERVICE
For events held at the Manor, the cake and coffee service is included in the site fee. For off premises catering the charge for this service is $1.50 per person. This includes my staff to cut and serve the cake, high quality, disposable plates, forks and napkins. This also includes clean up and we package the leftovers in a box tied with ribbon.

CHOCOLATE FOUNTAIN
Instead of or in addition to the cake service, a chocolate fountain is the perfect ending to your festive event. High quality Guittard chocolate is served with freshly made lemon pound cake for dipping with strawberries, pineapple and sweet baby bananas. Price per person is $1.75.

 

 


BEVERAGE ASSORTMENT
Price is per person to include high quality, disposable cups and ice.
Glassware can be rented.

Fresh Fruit Punch and Bottled Water - $3.00
Tropical fruit juices are blended with sparkling cider and each cup is garnished with fresh fruit and mint for a delicious, refreshing drink and an endless supply of bottled water.

Fresh Fruit Punch, Assorted Soda’s and an endless supply of Bottled Water - $3.50

Freshly Brewed Iced Tea served Lemon, Mint and Sugar with Bottled Water - $2.50

Raspberry Lemonade garnished with Mint and served with Bottled Water - $2.50


ALCOHOL GUIDELINES
Wine and Beer Only, can be served at Amy’s Manor. A Banquet Permit must be obtained by the client before the event. You can pick up a Banquet Permit at any Washington state liquor store for a $15.00 fee. The client assumes all responsibility for the alcohol consumption of their guests.

There is an addition to the Amy’s Manor site fee for Wine and Beer Service.
This fee includes:

  • Serving staff to serve the Wine and Beer
  • Bar set up to include tables, tablecloth and tableskirting
  • Refrigeration and Ice
  • Disposal of bottles to the recycler
  • Disposable cups to serve the beverage

Does not include: glassware or extra ice for kegs. Glassware can be rented through Nancy’s Rentals of Wenatchee, 509-664-6666 or nancyspartyrentals.com.

The addition to the site fee for wine and beer service is as follows:
up to 75 persons - $225
up to 100 - $300
up to 150 - $350
up to 200 - $400
