You will be taken care of by Joe and Pamela Ahl, owner's of Amy's Manor. Amy's Manor was Pam's grandparent's home and was built in 1928. Pamela is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. She has catered and helped plan over 100 weddings at the Manor. Pam is the catering chef and while Pam is in the kitchen, Joe and Derek help the staff wherever they are needed. Many of our staff has been with us for years and we pride ourselves in providing every service needed for your event.
