Pamela Ahl is our catering chef. She graduated from the Culinary Institute in Hyde Park, New York and has worked as a restaurant chef, cooking class instructor and now catering chef.
She owned Willie Green's Organic Farm for 8 years prior to coming to manage the Manor and has a large cutting and herb garden which she uses for seasoning and garnishing each platter. She is experienced in growing food, preparing it and pairing seasonal foods with wine.
We have many menus to choose from and can customize any menu at no extra charge. She has specialized in catering weddings for the past 10 years.
